For those who are not aware, a tornado touched down approximately a mile and a half away from our house yesterday evening. We were at work at the time. Jenelle and I are both okay, and there’s no damage to our house. We didn’t even lose power. We appreciate everyone who was concerned about us and/or called to make sure we were okay.
I went out for a run this morning to survey some of the damage. A church that is right next to the running trail had some pretty serious damage. According to their web site, no one was in the building at the time, which is definitely a blessing. Here’s a couple of pictures.
