The most exciting news of the day — we refinanced our mortgage. Exciting, right? We reduced our interest rate by a whopping 1.5%, and I estimate we’ll make up the closing costs in six months. We’re still using the same bank — I wouldn’t dare go anywhere else.
In other news, yes, it’s still cold, but it might hit 40 (gasp!) this weekend. That would be very nice indeed.
